Mark Welch is a top-performing operations leader with over 20 years of experience developing and implementing effective operational procedures and systems within the food service industry.

Having earned a BA degree, an MBA in global technology, and a Six Sigma Champion, Mark excels in leading teams and operations strategy to achieve process excellence and create a continuous improvement culture. A continual learner, Mark regularly challenges himself to take his skills to the next level. He is a Six Sigma Champion who has also achieved ServSafe and Special Education EC-12 Certification. He has also served on the internal Joint Commission (JCAHO), supporting healthcare and university institutions in reviewing and auditing to ensure compliance with all state/federal regulations.

He has brought this high level of education and expertise to roles including VP of Operations for Revolution Foods, General Manager of Operations, District Manager, and Director of Operations for several companies. During his tenure as VP of operations for Revolution Foods, Mark directed business operations for nine commissary facilities covering 21 states and 2,600 school locations.

In addition, Mark knows the other side of the coin. He has continued to learn in K—12 business operations and acquired additional experience as a Special Education teacher at Spring ISD. To be a better leader in the community, he feels that an executive must have a solid understanding of the environment that others face daily. He also found that serving special education children in a classroom truly rewarding.

Through all his experience, Mark has shown a passion for service excellence.
