Jennifer brings more than two decades of experience from her time with SAGE Dining Services, where she guided complex, multi-site dining programs with a people-first approach and a deep respect for craft. She is known for building high-performing teams, scaling thoughtful systems, and creating cultures rooted in pride, accountability, and care.

Throughout her career, Jennifer has overseen geographically diverse portfolios and partnered closely with campus leaders and culinary teams to strengthen dining programs from the inside out. Her leadership has consistently resulted in strong employee retention, meaningful internal advancement, and teams that are deeply engaged in their work.
In her role at Genuine Foods, Jennifer will focus on operational excellence in higher education environments where food plays a central role in daily life and community building. She will work alongside campus teams to ensure systems support Genuine’s unique scratch-cooking methodology and deep commitment to hospitality, while ensuring team members have the resources to grow and succeed.
