Our Boston-based team takes a ferry to the island daily from the Seaport—hauling ingredients, cooking from scratch, and serving meals that fuel campers and staff through full days of learning and adventure.
On delivery days, the team tackles a complex operation: loading and unloading supplies from trucks, onto the ferry, and into the island kitchen. Their efficiency and care make the process seamless, even under challenging conditions.
